What to Expect During a Reiki Session
During a Reiki session, I channel Divine Love/Universal Life Energy in order to activate the innate healing intelligence already present within you. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.
People report feeling deeply supported, relaxed, cared for, more balanced and connected with a peaceful loving energy. I practice in Breckenridge, Colorado out of Ambika Herbals & Massage Studio on Thursdays and Saturdays, and by appointment.
Sessions with people often include intuitive insights that when shared reveal exciting breakthroughs, lighter thoughts and a renewed feeling of hope, peace and possibility.
During a Reiki treatment, hands are placed on the body with light touch or just above the body with no touch. Recipients of Reiki increase the opportunity to accelerate their body’s natural, innate and internal healing response.

105-Minute Initial Reiki Session: Reiki + Chakra Balancing
Reiki is a complementary alternative energy treatment. Reiki is known to provide relaxation, pain relief, improve immune system function, reduce stress, and restore a feeling of well being. During a Reiki treatment recipients are fully clothed and hands are placed on the body with light touch or just above the body with no touch. Session includes an intro to Reiki and consult with essential oils, a Crystal stone reading and oracle cards followed by a 60 minute Reiki treatment with chakra balancing and completing with a summary wrap up. Recipients of Reiki report feeling lighter, more balanced and relief from negative emotions. Reiki is an energy healing technique known to provide relaxation, peace, openness and clarity. Session includes 20 minute consult with oracle cards followed by a 30 minute Reiki treatment.
All you need to do during your session is get comfortable, relax and open to healing energies being sent to you!
